Current Process Raw Material Mixing & Last Injection
Process Description

Uses High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pellets as the main raw material, combined with crushed recycled old spring shoe lasts and rubber waste. After mixing and coloring, it is fed automatically into the injection molding machine to produce high-density solid last blanks.
